 The ChurchCMS Calendar
Every ministry large and small has a calendar. Your calendar will be one of the most visited parts of your site. An updated calender gives your vistors information and reasons to return to your site. So adding events to your calendar should be quick and easy to do. ChurchCMS gives your ministry a powerful calendar that is easy to use so you can keep your calendar updated.
 Event management
ChurchCMS allows you to create pages called events and special events. An "event" is a reaccuring event in your ministry (i.e. Sunday Morning Worship). Events can be scheduled so that you only have to enter the event once and the calendar will display it according to the schedule. Once the event is entered, the visitor will see a details link on the calendar that they can follow to get all of the information for the event. "Special events" are events that occur infrequently, like a church picnic. These events can be entered and they are automatically included in your calendar.
Indvidual ministry calendarsEach minsitry has its own calendar. This is great for churches with lots of events. The visitor will see the events (s)he is interested in. The visitor can also change the view of the calendar so (s)he can see all events for the entire church, or look at any minsitry individually. |
