User permissionsOne the greatest features of ChurchCMS is that you can allow mulitple people to add, review and publish content to your site. However, you may only want to give each individual access to parts of your site. User permissions allows you to determine if a person can edit, review or publish content. You can also set what areas a person is allowed to work in. So you have complete control over your site and your editors.
WorkflowChurchCMS has a built-in worlflow feature. This allows content to go through an approval process before being published to your site. Each content editor can choose to receive email notifications to tell them when there's content ready to be reviewed or approved. Since ChurchCMS is 100% web-based you can simply follow the link in the email, log into the administration site from anywhere in the world, review the changes and publish the content in seconds.
Final approval
Only people with the proper authority can publish content to your site. You can set up administrators who can check all of your content for spelling, grammer and content before it is published.
